I was just wondering if anyone has found any (or if anyone has actually completed) studies which compare the circumcision and ADD, ADHD and other disorders.
Do these disorders occur more frequently in circumcised males?
Any ideas/directions would be appreciated.

Re: Connections between circumcision and behavioral disorders?
Mon, March 12, 2007 - 6:11 AMI would be surprised. In Australia circumcision rates have dropped from vast majority to around 10% while ADD and ADHD have been spiraling out of control in the same period.
More likely ADD etc to be lack of good nutrition during pregnancy or early childhood, lack of exposure to diseases to stimulate immune system, or being hypervaccinated.
I think vaccination is generally a good thing but not too young and not in wierd cocktails that is too much of an onslaught at once. -

Re: Connections between circumcision and behavioral disorders?
Thu, May 17, 2007 - 7:01 PMFrom what I have read and experienced, I think that it is more likely that circumcision will cause rage, resentment, distrust, and low self esteem. I read some article that claimed that increased rates of circumcision are correlated with increased rates of violence (particularily violence against women). While this is far from proven, it makes sense to me. -
